Is there a recommended age range for a My Self-Development Journal?
Our recommended age range is from 7.
We do have children and young people using this range because everyone is different.
How long will the journal be useful?
Three months of daily journaling pages and weekly activities are included at My Self-Development Journal. Children and young people are encouraged to write in their journals every day, but because the pages are not dated, it is possible to do so at your own pace and to continue if you miss a day.
Is it possible to place a bulk order for schools or organisations?
We'd be happy to talk about a retail or schools and organisations wholesale order with you. Send an email to management@ilhosunshine.com, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss rates.
What is the cost of postage and packaging in the UK?
1st Class Large Letter (UK): £3.30
2nd Class Large Letter (UK): £2.70
Signed For 1st Class Large Letter (UK) : £4.70
Signed For 2nd Class Large Letter (UK): £4.10
All UK orders of three or more journals receive free tracked shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to ship orders within 48 to 72 hours of receiving them.
The majority of weekday orders, for example, are sent within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on a Friday, however, may not be shipped until the following business day.
Orders placed in the United Kingdom are dispatched by second class mail and should arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Orders placed in the United Kingdom are dispatched by first class mail and should arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
International orders take longer and are dependent on the destination country. For overseas orders, we recommend allowing 28 days.
Please keep in mind that during the holiday season, shipping times may take a little longer. Shipping schedules are updated on a daily basis on our webpage.
My order is still missing.
Please contact us via email hello@ilhosunshine.com if you have any questions about your order. Please include your order number in your message so that we can respond as promptly as possible.
I made a mistake and need to modify the mailing address. Is it possible to do so after the order has been confirmed?
You can change your address at any time during the Checkout Process. However, because we process requests very quickly once your order's been placed, it may no longer be possible to change the delivery address. If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try and resolve any issues.
Is it possible to return a purchase?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the cost of the items returned, including initial shipping costs.
Please be aware that:
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refund
- We are not able to redeliver returned items that are not eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and, the card you paid with.
If an item is not returned in its original state, unused, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
If you have simply changed your mind, please return your order within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus the initial shipping costs. Return postage is to be covered by the sender.
