Shipping policy

All delivery orders in the UK will be shipped using Hermes or Royal Mail.

Please note that all orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders are shipped on business days.

We will let you know if your items are in stock or need to be ordered.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Although during the busy Christmas period delivery may be affected by the postal service. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

However, although we promise to dispatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations.

Parcels sent outside England, to Europe, America, Africa and the rest of the world will usually take a little longer to arrive.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

 

Shipping Cost:

Our Shipping Policy is based on the weight of the item(s).

Shipment within the UK is sent via Hermes or Royal Mail service. Shipments outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail’s standard Airmail service. Orders which weigh over 2,5 kg will be sent via a courier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes 
Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the customer’s expense. Ilho Sunshine has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs, customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages 
Ilho Sunshine is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

elivery address

You can change your address at any time during the Checkout Process. However, because we process requests very quickly once your order's been placed, it may no longer be possible to change the delivery address. If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try and resolve any issues.

 

Hermes

Hermes ships only domestically within the United Kingdom and doesn't support international destinations.

Hermes doesn't support shipments to the Channel Islands, PO boxes, or British Forces Post Office locations.

Pickups aren't available with Hermes. You need to drop off your packages at a Hermes parcel drop off location.

If a shipment gets lost or damaged, then you can submit a claim for Hermes. Claims must be made within 23 days from the shipping label creation date. Claims for late shipments aren't supported.
