Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the cost of the items returned, including initial shipping costs.

Please be sure to inform us of any damage or defects to process your return appropriately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags 
  • In its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and, the card you paid with.

If an item is not returned in its original state, unused,, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

If you have simply changed your mind, please return your order within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus the initial shipping costs. Return postage is to be covered by the sender.

All returns should be made using a registered post service that includes insurance for your returns. All returns should be made using a proof of mailing receipt and requires proof of receivership or proof that an attempt to deliver as we can only give you a refund or exchange if we receive the items.

 Should this cause problems whilst organising your return, please take your parcel to your local post office and they will be able to process this for you.

Please return the item(s) in their original condition (ideally in the original packaging) to the address listed below. Remember to ask the Post Office for a "proof of postage" receipt for your records. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches our warehouse, so it's important that you use a tracked method wherever possible. If a parcel doesn't arrive at our warehouse, we regret that we won't be able to process a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please remember to package your order securely so that it is not damaged in transit. It's important to use the correct packaging for different products, for example, heavier notebooks must be sent back in a box while pens can be returned in a padded envelope. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we may charge you for the reduction in value.

Please be aware that :

  • Items returned in a used, written-on, or damaged condition shall not be considered eligible for acceptance or refund
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return shall not be considered eligible for acceptance or refund
  • We are not able to redeliver returned items that are not eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
